All this talk of happiness and how we can make people happy has really started to take its toll. We cannot agree on ideas right now which really is throwing a spanner in the works. We've decided to try and arrange a meeting with Mona so we can try and fix this problem. It's not us falling out as friends, but we just cannot agree on ideas which is having a negative impact on progress.
Maybe we need to rethink strategies completely.
